Seen a video online where what appears a woman had cut up one of their drivers causing a collision with her and the driver ( could be wrong as the actual incident isn't in the video ) the woman begins to Assault the driver repeatedly but he remains very calm and does not retaliate. I think the driver handled this situation brilliantly and thoughtfully like a professional and did a far better job than I would have done in his shoes. Wish him all the best

Just seen the video of one of your drivers dealing with a difficult road side situation. I think he dealt with it really well I hope the lady in question was reported for assault and the driver still has a job.

My item came all the way from Ireland on a pallet and ended up at cross country carriers bury St. Edmunds. It was delivered to me and at the last hurdle it fell. The driver (Paul ) phoned me and explained that he couldn't get his lorry to my address because of badly parked cars on my estate. So i suggested that i would bring my car to him and see if the item would fit in my estate car. Paul was extremely helpful he went the extra mile to help me get my delivery to my house. Driver in one of their hgv’s ignored sign advising wasn’t suitable for HGV’s causing significant damage to trees and a house down a small narrow country lane, including driving and knocking over the warning signs! Failed to pay for £900 of damage sustained to a private dwelling. Terrible company!
