I was the only person in the post office so they were not busy and was served by one of the most rude and disrespectful staff I have encountered. Young girl who was really short with me when I didn’t quite hear what she asking me. Absolutely no need for the attitude and could do with a lot of customer training.

It wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile. No queue but still takes forever to get served as all appear to be doing something else (4 staff sat behind desk). Get better and quicker service at post office counter in a typical village shop. Sent my license off for renewal and went thinking they would take a photo for it and check it for me as their website suggests, just got directed to photo machine, then looked at me gone out when I went back and asked to borrow some scissors, then had to queue again as dvla is no longer free post, got handed a stamp and directed to post box, absolutely appalling will never use again and drive further afield if need to use post office. 3 interactions with 2 different members of staff and not one smile or pleasantness from either of them.

I have given this Post office one star. For the running of the service I would give it zero if I could. The waiting times are absolutely terrible. Seems pointless adding yet another bad review to the very long list all saying the same thing. Nothing is ever done.I would give 5 stars to the staff though, they are functioning very well under intolerably stressful conditions. I would avoid it if I could.

Was served by an older woman with Scottish accent, unhelpful and had an attitude, it wasn't busy she obviously just couldn't be bothered, reading other reviews she's been mentioned before due to her attitude!!

I live in Cramlington lived hear for7 years I have used the post office many times and I think I must be one of the lucky ones because I've never hand any issues not one staff are fine not a issue.

Understaffed, and the staff who are there are clearly under a lot of stress which often reflects in poor customer service, snappy attitudes to customers, and overall unhelpful experiences

I visited Cramlington Post Office within Asda today. I had Xmas parcels to post out to a BFPO address and i was struggling at home to manage the weight. I was helped by Lissa and Vicky, they certainly went the extra mile and between them they got my two parcels on their way. A great big thank you to them both.

Turned up at 6.20pm with a 10-12kg parcel (advertised open until 7pm). Barriers up and a sign telling me to knock on the fire exit door and wait. Stood there like a lemon for 5 mins, went back to the main entrance in Asda, nobody to be seen. Had to find a member of staff at Asda to ask what was going on. Member of staff from Asda told me it closed at 3pm due to lack of staff.

Not even a sign saying it was closed, let alone changing the opening times on Google maps.

Rubbish!
