We have been waiting for important Nhs test results and appointment letters and the postman continually keeps posting them through the wrong doors!! The name and address is correct on the letters so he has no excuse for putting them in the wrong letterboxes. Fortunately some of our neighbours have been kind enough to repost them through our door but I hate to think how many have been lost!!

After non delivery of a parcel I called the phone number given for this sorting office. It went to a call centre not the sorting office. After a 30 minute wait a unhelpful agent wouldn't call the actual office as the parcel wasn't tracked. No wonder they are loosing money. There are better services.

Absolutely shocking postal service
Items delivered to the wrong address, items delivered to my house for different addresses and random people posting letters through the door which have obviously been posted through their doors,
I wonder what mail I never receive?

They put a card inside the door on the first delivery date as i was in deep sleep after my night shifts. So in the card they mentioned the date as 16/12 @16.20. The next day i waited whole day for the parcel. Nobody rang bell or know the door. The card says next delivery is on next working day. But noone popped up 😰 so sad

Pointless hours, tried to get it sent to a local post office, 4 days later it’s not moved, so now I have to work around them. Rubbish

They've carried on as if the plandemic was still in place. This place is only open 2 hours a day 8 till 10 in the morning. It's a wonder they bother to open at all. Customer service doesn't come into it. Typical royal mail.

What is the point of this place? Its open for 2hrs during school run times 🤣. 8am till 10am? Totally stupid. Someones being paid to open up, sit for 2hrs or less then close up before anyone who isnt retired or single can get there to collect a parcel.

Waited in all day for my recorded delivery item which is a gift and driver drove into carpark and didn’t even attempt to deliver unbelievable then send a msg to say no access to building which is opposite sorting office .
You have to ring an intercom didn’t even try absolutely livid after waiting in all day and when you try to ring no one available to speak to furious
