Delivery driver didn't nock on my door. I was sat in my living room and received an email saying that I missed the delivery 1 minute ago and I'll have to collect it from the depot. I went to the window and saw the delivery driver on his phone and as I opened the door, he drove off. This was 2 days in a row, that this company was supposed to deliver to my house.

Do not rely on this company to deliver anything as they recruit lazy drivers who cut corners to avoid completing their deliveries.

They made 2 attempts to deliver my parcel. Contacted them after the 1st attempt I was told over the phone call they will redeliver n leave with a neighbour. Once again it was taken back to the depot. I called to depot this morning to collect from leaving my house to getting back home the journey taken 1 hour so very unhappy with the service. I wouldn't recommend this service 😒

We moved all our storage , pallet delivery and next day parcel delivery business to Courier Logistics about 6 months ago . There were some early issues as would be expected for a new system , however all issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently , and I have to say that all our phone conversations have been friendly and helpful. I can particularly highlight Paul in storage , Alex in sales and Natasha in pallet track as particularly helpful , and Jason who collects the parcels is both friendly and efficient.

I bought an item from a retailer who told me that the courier company would send me details of a 2 hour delivery window the evening before the delivery and that I'd be able to track the delivery ( similar to DPD, who are great ).

APC did not communicate and so I called the retailer on the delivery day to get tracking information.

Everything was going well until an hour before the earliest delivery time, when the parcel disappeared from the tracking system. I waited until well after the delivery window had ended and then called APC. The lady on the phone said that she had no idea if/when the parcel would be delivered and so would book it in for the next day in case it didn't arrive.

Needless to say, the parcel arrived a day late, which is a joke for a next day service. I'll never order from that retailer again whilst they use APC !

We have been using Courier Logistics (Pallet Track and APC) services for some time now and have had a very positive experience. It is a very personable service which makes it very easy, when problems do arise, to resolve them. The staff are also very flexible with collections etc... and it is easy to get in touch with team members on the phone or by email. It is easy to track parcels and we are informed straight away when parcels have not been able to be delivered, which is very helpful.

Our driver Jason is exceptional and very helpful, often going over and above his duties.

Our consignment was delivered yesterday by Pallet Track (Dinnington).
This was a heavy, bulky item and our property is located at the end of a single track, country lane which wasn't accessible in the vehicle our item had been sent on.
The driver delivered the pallet the last half km by the hand pallet truck down the lane on a very uneven surface.
When I thanked the driver for his extra effort, his response was 'I'm here to make a delivery!', great work ethic & attitude.
In the past other delivery companies have refused delivery or left items at the end of the lane.
Thanks James for your effort, it's greatly appreciated and a mention too for Natasha who was helpful & friendly when I called.
Great service all round.
