Harvey was superb throughout the recovery of my Ifor Williams box trailer with rig onboard and offset back axle. He took his job very professionally ensuring a tricky load was securely brought back from a country road. Well done him.

In time of need, Cotswold Vehicle Recovery Services was absolutely brilliant. The communication, openness and care was out of this world. The technician that first came out was very friendly, through and thought about the long journey that me and my family had to take back. Cotswold Vehicle Recovery have come to my aid twice in the past two months via Green Flag, both times whilst heavily pregnant when I've never had car trouble before that so both times in stressful situations. Both colleagues that have come have been so helpful, friendly and efficient and put me at ease immediately and I felt so safe. I didn't catch their names but thank you for coming to my rescue!

After coming off the road in icy conditions. Joe from Cotswold recovery came to the rescue. Genuinely the nicest bloke ever who went above and beyond to help. If you are the manager or owner of Cotswold Recovery you need to look after this member of staff because he is a credit to himself and the company. I was rescued by Harvey over the weekend. It was a simple electrical problem. Harvey was polite and explained what he was going to do m, he forms us on the move and gave me some great advice. He even texted me later to advise about a defective rear lamp. Look after Harvey, he is great to meet when you are having a bad day. Thank you.
