Cosi Living have been really helpful from start to finish. I met Giacomo when he gave me the house viewing and he was very friendly and informative. He also helped me with the onboarding process which was incredibly quick and easy. Needless to say, I’m really impressed with the house, the way it looks and its location. Would definitely recommend Cosi if you are thinking of living in a shared house in Liverpool 👍

Contacted several estate agents before using Cosi! Olivia was able to work within a tight deadline (7 days!) to find me suitable accommodation due to relocation of employment. Mia then assisted with a further move once I was established in the city. Highly recommend both in terms of communication, meeting the expectations I set out, as well as being professional, polite and courteous!

Avoid at all costs!! Seriously the dodgeiest student housing company I’ve ever heard of in Liverpool, throughout our year there we had no wifi for 7 months we had constant leaks leading to damaged property we had mice in the house despite the house being spotless all the time due to incomplete structures and countless other maintenaince requests which took weeks to be seen to and still wasn’t resolved fully, the staff put on a facade on social media but are seriously so rude when it comes to actually speaking to them and are not helpful and do not care about the tenants only the money they can grab from students! Our house was exactly the same as when we moved in when we moved out yet have had £360 taken off our deposit for nothing, apparently taking a stool out costs £50? Paint touch up £70? And resealing a shower even though all showers were spotless another £73? It’s ridiculous I’m seriously not joking when I say they grab as much money off you as they can and don’t care about you as a tenant in the slightest. This is me speaking from my personal experience but I have heard so many other people with Cosi/coho say the exact same thing as us so my honest advice would be to use your money on a better student letting company because these are not worth it at all there policies and attitude towards students is horrific I would never ever ever even consider staying in a Cosi living owned property again and I’d strongly advise against anyone who I knew was looking at staying with them

In my experience, our concerns were only effectively addressed when the manager, Giacomo, became involved. He consistently ensured that issues were resolved, and for that, I truly appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Cozi Living as a whole, as the support outside of Giacomo’s involvement has often been lacking.

You'll find that their listings are extremely beautiful, true to their ad photos, and offer everything you could ever need in a home.
