This branch are utterly useless. On Tuesday we received a message stating we will receive our bulk LPG delivery on Wednesday. On Wednesday it was a no show, we called and were told Thursday.
On the Thursday nobody showed up and we were told it was definitely still coming. Surprise surprise it didn’t. On Friday we received and update stating our delivery had been fulfilled- it hadn’t?! Nobody had been and our tank is literally on 0%. Leaving us with no heating or hot water. We called again on Friday to be promised a call back, that didn’t happen and we had to then chase it again to be told it would arrive Saturday. Today is Saturday and we are now being told tomorrow (Sunday). They are an absolute joke and completely useless.

If you were traveller or a gypsy people put you back to the end of their Q pay them £1100 for Gas waiting seven days now have nine kids no Gas. My cousin was waiting two weeks with the same people. They are 100% racist they hate travellers Been dealing with these people over 15 years now every time that’s always a problem with them. This will be my last time when I get this Gas will take my business elsewhere.

Can’t get 7kg bottles anywhere. Been trying for weeks now. Tried phoning Coryton and hung on for 17 minutes listening to all the sales pitch about how good the LPG is for heating, portable heaters and even generators - none are any good if you can’t get the bottled gas to run them.
Perhaps will have to go for a 5kW Chinese diesel air heater instead at less than £100. At least I won’t have an issue getting diesel.

Purchased propane gas bottles from them before. It's the second time we were left in the cold because of their faulty gas bottles! If they're faulty you can't even take it back to the retailer you purchased it from, you have to take it back to Calor's Centre however far it may be otherwise you'll lose the money paid!

If you're working Monday to Friday you'd hope they're at least open in the weekend right? Nope!
