I've just been to the post office. The lady serving (Pam) couldn't have been more helpful or friendy. She was exactly the same to the two customers in front of me too. Her customer service skills were excellent - and much appreciated. Thank you!

Unfriendly and patronising. Awful experience at Corbridge post office.
Just use Hexham and Prudhoe post offices where staff are much nicer.

Called in couple of weeks ago with valuable parcel and despite it not being a service was assisted to attach address correctly. Brilliant service above and beyond with a smiling member of staff. Parcel safely delivered less than 12 hrs later in poole. Many thanks
