Worked here as cleaning supervisor on contract from Churchill’s cleaning company. Churchills were great to work for, however co op managers and staff very rude talked to cleaners like they are lowlife. Jumped up nasty people that think they are better than cleaners and I didn’t stay long due to them being the absolute worst staff I’ve ever had to liaison with!!!

One toilet for drivers it always stinks. No shower, slow tipping time and awaiting the paperwork. You are before time No worries you will be taken only on scheduled time you suppose to arrive, and if you are late more than 30 min it is an instant refusal even if you stuck in traffic jam and travelled 100miles 🙂 so dont waste your diesel. No vending machines, No canteen, and you wait whilst your wagon is being tipped, not in your cab but in the ugly disgusting waiting area so better be patient. And most important do not get cheecky and moutht with the staff, zero abuse tollerance. Do not use A303(£500 fine payable by you the driver) use instead A34 Hope l have helped, l love helping

It's really bad here, you have to wait 5 hours to unload, the staff talks badly to you, it's a really bad place, the staff has no respect for you as a driver, they take breaks for hours and they're sick of you.

Rubish… Had booking time at 8am and I arrived at 9am. Bays are empty and got around 4hrs waiting time in the yard to get into a bay. From my side I was happy to stay chill in the cab 😀 The manager from frozen department is very rude, absolutely disgusting

The drivers waiting room is illegal the temperature outside is 9 Celsius it feels colder in here, the heating doesn't work the lights don't work the air intake vent is mouldy and the room smells damp, it's a joke that in the year 2023 drivers are being made to sit Like this I am sure it would be illegal to house an animal in this room, well done COOP.

So rude here,yes lm early but ALL the bays are empty and have been for 40 mins but no l have to wait.You wouldnt mind but they're the slowest tip,the loo stinks and all the other Coops tip in order of arrival and quickly.hey ho.

Nobody here being tipped on ambient goods in. staff are stood around moaning about their pensions rather than tipping me as I’m due in on next shift, not even allowed to get on a bay ready for next shift. Bit of a waste of resources really. I think maybe management needs to have a good look at this and ask why the staff aren’t working? Even if they were to sweep up around the warehouse or help out in some other way it would be time better spent.
