Shop here all the time and normally the staff are friendly and helpful. I’m basing my review on the service of the very unhelpful woman who served me tonight. Snapped at a man when he asked if anyone was serving on the till. Told me to “mind out the way” so she could get to the till. I asked if there was any medicine behind the till, she pointed at a shelf and said “there” said “bag?” To ask if I wanted a bag, “membership card” for my co op card.

Don’t know if this woman had a limited vocabulary, has selective amnesia around manners and has a permanent RBF. But she should not be in customer service. Seemed like we were a complete annoyance and disruption to staking shelves.

Fab store. Everything is clear to follow. Arrows dictating which way they'd like u to go. But people just can't follow. But my experience today was great. Girl working there was lovely and Thank you for being there for us other key workers out there. Remember you are fantastic and without you there is no us any of us!!!!! 😊

The layout of this store just feels a little wrong/confusing compared to the other Co-op stores in the area. Same great value, convenient location etc, however the stock levels also tend to be quite low whenever I visit, especially on soft drinks.

Never have any drinks once all the college kids have been in, its really annoying, they sell out of the same stuff everyday so you would think they would stock more

Mixed Bag!
The staff are fab - especially Matt. Makes you feel welcome and wishes you a good day on leaving - every day without fail.

Fab shop - only downside is that there isnt always sandwiches at lunchtime!
