The containers are excellent - reasonably priced, new and clean. A good location with gated security albeit rather limited. I cannot, though, recommend the service. I received no terms and conditions which I thought unusual. During the chaos of a house move I neglected to cancel the weekly bank payment - realising simultaneously that I had not received my deposit back from the company. I had overpaid to the tune of 3 weeks but it took me a further 2 weeks and multiple emails to get a partial refund of 2 weeks. I may have been in error by overpaying but it is extremely poor customer service to a) not be aware that the customer is still paying and b) to force them to chase the matter. I do not recommend this company and suggest that they improve their back office organisation and customer service attitude.

Can't fault the storage. Clean and tidy. However poorly managed. Upon cancelling I was told the deposit is non refundable and 2 weeks notice was needed. This was wavered but was not disclosed when starting the rental. More detail should be provided before starting the rental.

Excellent service. Lovely couple who run this bus. Safe and secure setup.
No tatty leaky containers, all very new looking.
