Id had a really stressful day trying to sort out my car tax, which had resulted in lots of confusing advice and tears of frustration.. I went to the post office to hopefully sort my car tax problem, i didnt hold much hope tbh but with in seconds of me blurting out what had happened the young lad reassured me he could help! Not only did he solve my problem he saved me money too.

Used post office to send several passports back and other documents for first time passports and the young man was extremely helpful advising on the best way to send everything, also asked about travel insurance and foreign currency he was very informative on these products, great service, very friendly, highly recommend

Previous reviewer John Neal is absolutely spot on. Disgracefully managed post office, dread needing to go, much rather go to nearby Leadgate branch which is managed very efficiently and professionally. Queues out the door most days, theres no 'good time' to go. Staff hanging round phone end of shop whilst one member of staff always on his own at post office. Absolute shambles, needs to be looked into urgently. Not acceptable service for customers and not acceptable for the one working staff member. Needs sorting.

Worst Run Post office ever. They Have 1 Reliable Worker Adam. No Orginisation or Structure to avoid huge waiting times, and big queues. Most people walk out. No Prices on Product to add to the Frustration. Avoid at all costs.

Nice polite guy working alone however he desperately needs a second worker to help him. 30 min wait to send your parcel is unacceptable, three times in one week so wasn’t a one off either. Two other employees doing absolutely nothing but watching videos on their phone.. I assume they don’t work for the post office? Bonkers
