Message below of the amount of issues we had with director -
I wanted to address a few concerns regarding the flyer deliveries. After our meeting yesterday, we went to check on the delivery team in the areas you mentioned. Unfortunately, we could only locate one individual on Littledale, and he was not wearing a high-visibility jacket with our logo, which was promised.
I cannot post pictures of him delivering the flyers as I aim to promote a clean and hygienic food business, and his hands appeared unclean, with visible rips and holes in his coat. Additionally, my sister lives on Hall Road, which is within the area you indicated was being covered, and she has not received a flyer. My cousin, who lives on the next road, also reported not receiving one.
Today's issue is that we reside behind the Asda in Handsworth, which you mentioned was scheduled for delivery today, yet we have not received a flyer either. I've also received feedback from friends and family living on Richmond Park Road and Richmond Park View, both of whom received two of the same flyers.
This situation leads us to believe that flyers may have been wasted and not delivered to the agreed-upon areas. We are quite disappointed with the service, and this could potentially impact us financially.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Also after this message it came to our attention that multiple leaflets had also been dumped as pictured in a alleyway.
We requested a refund which he hasn't even had the decency to respond to and blocked us.
