were struggling to find a company that could help with a steel pole that was dangerously hanging from the side of our house. It was becoming incredibly stressful, as it posed a serious risk of damaging our neighbour’s property.

After reaching out to several companies with no luck, we came across ComGas and decided to get in touch. I explained how worried I was, and that no one else seemed willing to help. Lee and his team were amazing. They came out the very next day to assess the situation, saw how urgent it was, and booked us in for the following week, their next available slot.

They were incredibly helpful and professional throughout, walking me through the entire process. The job was completed in just half a day, and we now have a secure plastic pole properly attached to the house, with no fear of it falling.

They even fixed my leaky tap they noticed which I was so grateful for!
