Depends on who you get, First driver only wanted to drive not to do any work, younger guy great worker. 2nd team really good lovely attitude and did their best. Spoke with owner who assured me he would call out to see the state of disarray his driver had left my home in, didn't arrive, sent photographic evidence, still no response. Claimed Wardrobe would never go upstairs, 2 other work guys had it upstairs in 10mins. Company do not take responsibility for some workers and their incompetence

Even more impressive was they emptied the truck and put stuff in the rooms that we ask

I've not used this company myself but they were delivering goods to a neighbour and decided to just dump all the discarded plastic, card and dust sheets out side my house on a side street.
They also dumped what I can only assume was a past customers details, name and address written on a large piece of paper attached to the dust sheet.
Very irresponsible of the driver to do this as they could get someone in serious trouble driving around the country discarding rubbish display someones personnel details, not to mention the environmental side of things. Very thoughtless and irresponsible.
Personally I would not choose this service myself, as I would not trust them to keep my info confidential and I can't stand people would are too childish to pick up and dispose of their own trash. I do hope he is retrained in proper waste disposal

Twice I have had to deal with this company. Once for myself for a move and once for my elderly father.
I don't believe a single item i owned .arrived without danage... I was too ill at that point to do anything about it.
Recently the NIHE used them to move mu elderly fathers items. The fellows were very pleasant to deal with but again they damaged goods. Some of those items were irreplaceable and weren't even carried by the company. Emails and calls later and weeks have gone by of me chasing them up with no response.
I honestly would give minus stars.
Looks like I will have to start a small claims court to get this resolved as they don't care.

Nice guys friendly all smiles, Cleared house in no time. no matter the condition of the item they handled with care... Just hope get same 2 guys to unload when I'm ready for it back...

This company moved me back in February. The guys seemed nice enough but when i started to point out the damage that had been done to my American fridge freezer, which they point blankly failed to tell me, theyre attitudes changed. After leaving the premises with the freezer damage noted, i noticed other items that had significant scratches and scraps that they didn't inform me about. The fridge freezer however was replaced, but one of the guys delivering made a comment to me about myself when he was leaving, and i was completely took back by his rudeness and ignorance. My daughters desk that was ruined ned Still no replacement, and all i get are excuses about being short staffed and nobody to deliver it due having covid. The last correspondence between myself and Alan i even offered to collect myself if he ordered it, he told me yes ill arrange it, im still waiting...

Andrew and Mark couldn’t have been more brilliant. I was stressed, emotional, and struggling with back pain and they made the whole process of moving house for the first time in 18 years seem a lot easier than I thought it possibly could be. They kept the mood light and got the job done. Nothing more I can say beyond thank you both so, so much! You were stars. I did come back and find more yarn (😂) but that was my own fault - a hiding place I’d forgotten about!!

Destroyed my chronically ill mothers wardrobe after taking 60 quid off her, assuring her that they would dismantle it and then reassemble it...bunch of cowboys and the guy who is manager is no better, dishonest company that take advantage of people with disabilities also tried to intimidate her on her new home. Shame on them
