Excellent choice of tartan for kilts to buy or hire. Checked out the selection of ex hire kilts but not my size in stock but will go back in a couple of months. Now decided to have my own kilt made by the shop and it fits like a glove. Very friendly and professional staff. Well worth a visit if you need a kilt

I would strongly recommend this company for Kilts. I was really happy with the service and the quality. I used it for my wedding in Scotland with Brazilians, English and Scottish all needing measured and fitted. It was a few quid more than other companies but you get what you pay for and I think it was well worth every penny. The manager even helped with a missing button hole on the big day. Really what you need when your getting married and need a reliable service so you can focus on the main event.

We used Clyde Kilts for a pair of tartan Trews for my husband for our wedding. Iain was the most personable, wonderful man! The trews themselves were perfect! We also got two bandanas for our dogs made that fit round their collars (and that wasn’t our idea it was Iain’s) that’s the extra mile he goes. There was unforeseen circumstances that came up in regards to the trews (which couldn’t be helped) and Iain went above and beyond to make sure they were fitted perfectly! Will be returning to buy a kilt!

Clyde Kilts provided all the hire kilts for our wedding. Fantastic service received from Iain and the team. The On the Day Groom Service provided ensured all the groomsmen and myself were in tip top shape on the day. Several weeks before the wedding I decided I wanted to buy my kilt rather than hiring it and Iain arranged it all to perfection. He even went to the hassle of hiring the extra kilt as a “just incase” mine wasn’t ready on time however he didn’t disappoint. My own kilt arrived on time and fitted perfectly. I would highly recommend Iain and his team to look after you for all your kilt needs. Not only did Iain help with the kilts but also had vast knowledge of people within the wedding industry who he could recommend for our other needs. Nothing was a hassle for him. Such a pleasant gentleman.

I will only hire my kilt from Ian and Andrew at Clyde kilts, the guys have gone above and beyond ensuring all of the gents was perfectly turned out for my wedding. There attention to detail is outstanding, even able to do initial kilt fitting at a distance as best man was from England, I can not recommend enough, genuine gentleman, I have use Clyde kilts previously and they was my first and only choice for my wedding day
