URGENT ISSUE!
This company stop deliveries to our organic shop, because on my street other shop complain only they want to sell this product. We don’t have any writing information about, only sale person told us, we try to talk to manager but she doesn’t want to talk! You can not damage my business! Ofcourse I am going to my solicitor.

Customer service diabolical.
Been on the phone for 15 minutes, been cut off twice. Was in position 1 for ages got cut off rang back immediately and was then in position two.
I am ringing to find out about a missing parcel which they have not contacted me about.
My order has now taken nearly 2 weeks and there is no sign of it being delivered yet!!!!!!

I use CLF for my store, the customer service is unparalleled.. I feel as though I am more than a voice at the end of the phone, or a click on my mouse. Their own brand products are superb, and I am introducing more and more into my store. I think that the bad reviews are from external websites that CLF have no control over..
