Not the best. The driver left a message on my mobile to say that he'd tried to deliver but he rang the doorbell and knocked and got no reply so he was taking the parcel away and I'd have to contact the supplier to arrange another delivery.

I checked my CCTV and when he tried to deliver I was in fact sat in the lounge clearly visible through the window right next to the front door. Even if he had knocked and rang the bell and I hadn't heard him, he could easily have seen that I was in and knocked on the window.

So quite frustrating really. The supplier wasn't too thrilled either. I was clearly in, and he failed to deliver.

Our courier was very nice and kind. I felt sorry for him as he delivered to us very late at night after a long day. I received no communication from the city sprint office staff to say my delivery would be so late. I had to chase them, once told it was delayed but on its way and then again 6 hours later to be told the driver would still deliver if I wanted. I'm glad I called as I would've gone to bed. On my tracking link it also said the delivery was a two person job but they had given it to a single courier to complete. Luckily I don't mind helping out but I'm sure others wouldn't have done.
This has left me with concerns about the welfare of the drivers if I ever ordered something and found out it was a city sprint delivery again.
Once again, to be clear this is not a review of the courier but of City Sprint as an employer.

2 deliveries from them. One arrived incomplete and the other didn't arrive but they text me to say it's arrived and Signed for by me. No it wasn't... So I called the so called customer support and they could not be more useless saying that they don't know and call the store I bought it from. Never again!!!

my name is valeriu. I ordered something from my protein and the city sprint had to deliver my order. on 07.08.19 I received a message telling me that the parcel arrived at 21:29 and was signed by someone without name (most certainly the driver camouflaged the order)! I am very upset, I will come back with a complaint to the company.

Totally incompetent delivery service - was unable to find my address when every other courier seems not to have a problem, then told me that I needed to contact the retailer to organise a redelivery, and to top it off they have marked my item as delivered when it hasn't been.

the driver called up refused to complete the order and then stopped speaking and answered all my questions with a grunt until I hang up.

Abhorrent courier company, never call when they say they will, poor at accepting responsibility for there mistakes, and even worse at correcting them. AVOID THESE People.
