Terrible. driver reckons my parcel isn't flat pack and won;t take it on his van, been charged for collection attempt..... the parcel is an inch and a half thick flat rectangle in cardboard box. the boot of my toyota aygo was an inch too narrow for getting this box into it.....

Tracking info is fairly pointless and gives no indication as to whether parcel will arrive in 10 mins or 6hrs... Also you can download a delivery report or something; again this is pointless as it tells you nothing of use as a customer...oh and your courier tracking is five mins off being live on this occasion.
