Chose an overnight delivery and the package arrived with serious damage. I took out indemnity but they refused to pay out due to what they termed inadequate packaging.
They do not make clear on the website that the overnight delivery involves shunting packages around with machinery and dropping them "from shoulder height" (their words).
The packing guide suggests cardboard and bubble wrap. You actually need a crate, polystyrene or foam for anything that isn't bulletproof.
Avoid.

I am really....really happy with the service that City Sprint provided. Lisa, was very helpful, and clear in what they could do for me, and the package arrived this morning (2 days from pick up to delivery). It was a difficult item to ship and the packaging provided to ensure no breakages was very good. The cost to ship it was also very competitive. I can't say much more than that except Thank you to Lisa and her team. I'll be using CitySprint much more from here on in.

CitySprint are super professional, responsive, and quick.

Due to delays with Royal Mail, I hired this company to courier my COVID-19 test to a lab 2 hours away from where I lived. This team was incredibly helpful in arranging this transport and was even able to accommodate my request to have my swab picked up early.

Thanks for getting me out of quarantine a bit quicker! I'd absolute do business with these folks again.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY. People had warned me they were affectionately called "S*ittySprint" but my god, I did not expect this level of service! They never rocked up to collect my parcel, costing me £150 in Uber services to make up for their mistake. Stupidly, used them again 4 days later and they rocked up two hours late!

Whilst their customer service team were nice and friendly, getting a refund from them was like getting blood from a stone.

Please please, if you're considering using them look elsewhere. I cannot emphasise how bad they are. I've never dealt with a company so useless at the one service they are meant to provide.

I cannot speak for the whole business, only for the one and only interaction I had with them. I initially booked a service with shift, however they did not have enough vans, so they used the services of CitySprint. Before I start, I just want to point out how good the customer service team at shift was! They were professional, understand and absolutely lovely people. City sprint on the other hand, honestly I am shocked of the service from both their driver and their customer service.

First, there was an issue with the address as it was the wrong address confirmed. CitySprint was supposed to arrived at 12.00, unfortunately they did not arrive until 4.00 pm. The issue with the wrong address is absolutely fine, I was just happy to get my stuffed moved.

First, I’ve never met a more uncomfortable person than the older gentleman that picked up my stuff. I am a young woman, and he made me feel really uncomfortable. He was complaining about “no one wanted to do this, since there is no parking here”. I was like, ok fine it was not easy for him to find parking and that’s understandable. But the fact that he had to make uncomfortable remarks about how much he hated this and belittle me as a female is not ok. I understand that some people are different, but honestly please teach your drivers not make women feel uncomfortable. So if you’re a woman and need your things moved, I would highly recommend either having another person present or not deal with this company at all.

This morning, I took delivery of a dozen large and heavy sheets of timber bought from Wickes. The City Sprint Brighton driver kept me informed of his ETA and, upon arrival, lifted the sheet of timber to the front door with great care (and strength). Excellent service. Thank you!

Citysprint are awesome and their people are lovely. It's amazing to see them helping someone in store and on the phone at the same time without dropping a ball! It's super handy having them in the North Laine area! I think your pricing is great too. Please always stay exactly where you are, and exactly how you are!! Thank you so much!

This is the second time I've used Citysprint for a big order of 75 parcels and both times they've been excellent, would highly recommend.
