First time I used this company and was absolutely amazed at the efficient and good communication I received. The home collection team were brilliant and packed up my stock and gave me a detailed invoice explaining everything. The worst cargo services ever. I sent my parcel in June and it wasn't received until I chased it up with many phone calls. 4 months later parcel was delivered. The driver left in a hurry, when I opened the parcel 70% of my items were missing. I have called again and again for an update and they kept telling me they will investigate. It is now 3 months and today when I called I was told it's my fault because I didn't check the parcel when it was delivered. It's not our problem it's your mistake. No apology, no compensation.
I will NEVER be using this service again!

I am not happy with customers service.I called them to get information regarding cargo that guy who pick phone was one of worst person to talk ,he was answering like he was drunk or the way he was taking feel he don't care customers at all.He use very bad language to answer back .Even I was polite with him.He repted my words.its very worst experience with them.i am not happy at all.He don't know how to talk with a woman.0 0 0 0 satr for that.
