We had been using another local courier in my work, then someone suggested City Air Express, as we send a few bits and bobs across the border. Most couriers seem to think this is an excuse to overcharge or just not do it.

I'm leaving in Republic of Ireland. Was away from home and missed my collection because working that day in NI Omagh area. Contacted Customers Service to change a day of collection. I was surprised they organised collection from hotel which I'm staying. It was unexpected and very good for me. 5 🌟 service. THANKS TO CAITLIN WRAY

The only local courier that would get an axle across from the USA. Gave them the details of the supplier and they did the rest. Kept me up to date with delivery etc and when to pay.
Zero hassle from shipping to collection and staff where first class with any queries, could not ask for better. Highly recommend them.

I don’t know about the company but their couriers are just ridicules. Waited the whole day for parcel to be collected. Rang their office to confirm courier is coming. Was told he will come before 5, then at 5 I rang them again and they said that couriers work until 6. Rang them at 5:40 and no one picked up the phone. Kept ringing every 2-3 minutes until 18:00 and no answer. I don’t know who to blame. They refuse to give the drivers number as per GDPR , which is bullshit if you’re wasting your whole day waiting like a dog for the courier to come!!! Raging isn’t a word.

Based on my experience this weekend, I seriously advise any business considering using City Air Express for international shipping to find another service provider.

Operations and Customer Services offer lip service, but very little in the form of actual solutions other than to tell you they are a ‘reputable company in Northern Ireland’, whilst time sensitive delivery dates are missed internationally.

I appreciate the feedback that City Air Express considers itself a ‘reputable company in Northern Ireland’, but in my experience, reputation is earned, not self-proclaimed.

City Air Express demonstrated a complete lack of understanding into its own logistics chain and chokepoints when accepting a 4-working day shipment that it proved incapable of fulfilling.

I was made aware on Saturday, 2-days after the shipment was scheduled to have been delivered, that it was still not even in the country it was destined for and that it would be potentially Monday or Tuesday before it might arrive.

At this stage and with the experience I’ve had, I would not trust City Air Express to deliver a takeaway, let alone a commercial shipment. City Air Express has demonstrated to me that it is a liability to work with.

Fantastic service. On a recent trip from Belfast to Dublin a medical bag had been left at the hotel and we couldn't return to get it, contacted Curtis at City Air and within a few hours the bag had been picked up and delivered to the customers house. Fantastic service.
