With an online booking barcode ticket, it was very straightforward and easy to get in to watch our film. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The one thing I would say is to make sure you point your satnav at the car park or else you might end up in LIDL or some private parking spaces as I found the turning very easy to miss.

Decent cinema. The seating was more comfortable than I expected. The Andre Rieu programme on Sunday 13 April was obviously for the older generation and the extremely loud adverts were a little overwhelming for us. Worst was the person checking tickets on the way in, who made a mess of it and started to blame us. Perhaps he is used to dealing with naughty schoolchildren, but at the age of 78 I don't care to be spoken to like that. I think he forgets who the customer is.

Won't be going back. Sound was so deafaning it hurt. No wonder there was only 3 of us in there, including my wife and I. Destroyed our enjoyme
nt of what was an excellent film (Mission Impossible). No wonder the audience is so small.

A very nice & clean Cineworld in St.Neots. The saff is very respectful, kind and helpful. We went here to see Avengers and it was a very nice experience. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is their Car parking is an absolute ripoff. If you expect to park 🚙🛑 for over 4 hours, you will end up paying £6 and that's a ripoff. We came in advance to the movie and Avengers lasts over 3 hours, so easily 4 hours in total. Anyways, apart from that, the experience we had was very pleasant and we will be returning again. Thank you.

Screen 5 seat h11 killed my back .. very expensive cineworld with poor quality seating.. next time I will go Vue Cambridge. Seating is much better
