Scott checked us in to our unit and was very pleasant and helpful, even though I was a bit grumpy with him as he had moved me to a slightly smaller cheaper unit but as it was further from the lift it involved a bit more walking 🚶 which I was at the time not happy about
As we were quite stressed and tired from a fairly long drive to My Daughter’s University digs
And when we got there she hadn’t packed hardly anything. Which was not Scott’s fault at all .
He was very good taking us to the unit
Everyone I have spoken to at Sidcup has been great too.

Quick service great knowledge from the team. Have used Sidcup Site before. Staff able to advise best size of unit from discussion of what was to be stored. Also able to provide extra advise from knowledge base as well as details of others if needed to help ease the burden of packing and moving the items.
Will definitely be my first stop if needing again.

This is a honest review of the Sidcup Branch. Been a customer for quite a while now so thought it was time i did a review. I find it very secure and know my items are safe, the out of hours text message service is also secure. Its very clean and and plenty of lighting throughout, Toilet on site is a added bonus too. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Jordan and Scott who go out of their way to help you.

Was a customer here for nearly 4 years, Titan was great, but since Cinch has taken over the place has gone down hill, as a mobile DJ, I require 24hr access as I’m coming home at 2am from a job and need to store my gear, as first, 24.7 access was okay, but suddenly without notice, they changed the times to where you can’t get in between 11pm and 6am, wich is no good, and they also increased my rent without notice too! Over the years renting at the unit, I’ve met other companies, and they have all left too. Because they stopped 24.7 access without notice, I wasent able to get my equipment last night and lost out on a £550 job, if I’d known earlier, I would of got my equipment out much earlier.
Dreadful service, unorganized, and very sneaky with hidden fees.

Customer Service delivered by Scott has been second to none. Very impressed from my first contact with him when I was tasked with giving access to another storage company delivering a container to my son's unit. Scott was happy to assist me which meant I did not have to attend. We spoke on multiple occasions and every time, Scott was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Scott.
