I have been to this post office many times and every time this post office is more than excellent. Staff member named Priyanshi is very friendly and proactive all the time. Every time i visit here she always makes me feel welcoming and helps me kindly with all my need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Big thanks to Priyanshi.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the post office recently. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and informative, making my visit a breeze. Priyanshi and Rakesh were especially outstanding — they took the time to guide me through the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. I was served by someone named Rupa, as the regular lady is currently off sick and is expected to return in two weeks. Unfortunately, my experience with Rupa was highly unpleasant. She was blunt, rude, and did not offer a smile throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, she spoke about me in her own language, perhaps assuming I wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for her, I do speak the language, but despite being deeply upset, I chose not to confront her at the time.

It’s disheartening to witness such poor behavior. What has happened to the world where even a basic smile or politeness has become too much to expect? The other reviews mentioning upselling at this post office seem entirely accurate. If possible, I strongly recommend avoiding this location and going elsewhere. The customer service here is appalling, and the staff, though fluent in English, openly speak about customers in their native language, which is both unprofessional and disrespectful.

On a previous visit, I had to inform one of the staff members that I understood exactly what they were saying about me. It’s truly upsetting to see people from a similar background tarnishing our community’s reputation with such behavior. If you don’t enjoy your job, find another one, but if you choose to remain in a customer-facing role, the bare minimum is to treat people with respect and dignity.
