Absolute mess of an industrial site, access is terrible for lorries, parking is horrendous, the roads are in terrible condition, the local tip is in the bottom corner causing chaotic congestion that blocks businesses access...

The place is horrendous. Parking is atrocious, driving of the denizens near-suicidal, while the architecture looks like it’s been fought over by opposing artillery battalions, or used as a set for Threads. Needs levelling up: I didn’t say levelling!
Potholes everywhere. Sunken-eyed lost souls wandering the dirty, broken pavements in three-quarter length shorts in February.

Visit to Council Tip.
By appointment. All organised. Very efficient. Parking spaces decent size, at last!
Enjoyed emptying a boot load (and 1 bag inside) of garden weeds! Yippee!

Like trying to deliver into a park and ride,too expensive to park at the station, so abandons their cars in the industrial estate, making it dangerous to manoeuve a HGV, to carry out deliveries, its an industrial estate, not a car park.

Lots of useful shops if your building something in the garden, or doing some building work in the house,
Bathroom improvements etc.
Or if you need your car MOTed....+ More I'm sure.

the traffic is usually ok to moderate but can get very bad if the tip is particularly busy.

I love hanging around industrial estates littering. This is one of the best to do that. When I want a bit of "Me time" I grab a handful of fridge raider wrappers and red bull cans and spread them about the estate. It feels good to give back

For every thi g you would been buy a car. Buy a lawn mower. Go to the dump. New bathroom or kitchen. A screw. Some paint a new light. Chicken feed. Horse bits. Take a look so much to buy.
