Fabulous service from friendly knowledgeable staff , my go to post office in the whole of Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas …will pass other post offices as prefer to use here . I send many parcels and the service here far better than using any other delivery options

Friendly and efficient staff. ATM outside however isn't always working and it's a small space inside.

C-19 notes: Only 3 people allowed in if two staff are on the counter with social distance makrings on the floor. There is no hand sanitiser available to customers, bring your own!

Went to collect a package was met with an aggressive women behind the desk peevishly told me she was in the middle of something fair enough but why wrap a package at a customer service desk do it around the back where you can’t be distracted I just walked out never been back
