Lose my post weekly as they cant deliver. Absolutely useless. Going on holiday tomorrow...ordered a new cashcard 10 days ago...they have lost it... last time it was through somebody else's door. Lazy workers who cant be bothered.

Went to do my passport and renew driving license, was served by a very friendly lady, called Neelam. She was very helpful, polite and jolly and had very good customer service skills. Wish more post office staff were as friendly as this lady.

I must be really lucky and, being part time worker, the opening hours don't bother me. My packages usually arrive no problem, staff are friendly when I call to collect, though mostly they leave a package with a neighbour if I'm not in, so no need to collect at all. They do well compared to, (say) Yodel, who don't ever leave notes to say where they've left a parcel, or simply fail to turn up, and they provide an essential service with a high volume of post to sort and deliver, so, if there's an occasional slip, so be it. Overall, a good, friendly and helpful service.

Why are the opening times so incredibly restrictive?
There's at least 5 years of complaints in this section all mentioning how bad the opening hours are. Why has nothing been done about it? Have you put yourself in the position of the customer and gone through how it feels to be given 8am-10am. People work, have kids. Is there anyone here that cares about your customers. The people your trying to serve? It's just poor. Please explain to us why it's not possible to provide the service your community is asking for. And I don't want to be fobbed off with we have other options. Incredible.

I did get what I needed eventually but I found them rude and demeaning. Don't go here if you want something patiently explained to you, they don't seem to be willing to do that.

Opening hours of 8-10am on weekdays are very restrictive. Especially to anyone that works Monday to Friday 9-5. Opening hours were better during the pandemic.

Unable to speak on the phone due to pre recorded announcement on their phone on answering. I only wanted to request that the postman double checks the actual address written on postal items before posting in to households. My address is similar in name and number to a nearby address. I often am missing post. The other day, a kind person delivered several items of post to me with a hand written letter apologizing for opening a very important item; my new bank card. Of course I immediately informed my bank and ordered a new card for security reasons. This missposting is happening with regularity. A driving license went missing on one occasion. It's got to stop. The post people, as good as they are, must double check addresses, please.
