Absolutely bamboozled & appauled at the fact I ordered at 8.32pm tonight and when phoning at 10:25pm being told that the ordered should be long.
Still sat here10:48 as im typing this - no foodin sight, or even smell. Website now says they're shut. Only hoping food will arrive at somepoint tonight.

Father is a diabetic and has been hanging on by a thread waiting to get to his bed holding off on medication not including insulin that he needs to eat first before taking. I too am on medication that is advised to be taken after food and an hour before bed have been holding off on taking.

Food order isnt exactly the most confusing, nor is it a huge order. Chicken satay skewers, fried rice curry sauce with onions & a shredded crispy chicken in honey chilli sauce with chips.

Wouldn't say I'm impressed at all at the time weve waited to eat. Probably the last I myself order from here too.

10:54pm the food has arrived. Will add comment on the food quality once it's been ate- if eddible.

Chips are soggy yet leave your mouth dry af- sorta powdery potato inside.
The batter on the shredded crispy chicken is congealed soft, mush with the chicken itself extremely chewy.
Satay skewers- charred, bland, brown(?) Looks like cardboard.

I was really surprised how good this food was, it also fed the three of us for £23 and it was ready in 5 minutes. Big shout out to the shredded honey chilli beef. Will definitely be back.

Been ordering here for years but tonight does it. Phoned as 1 hour 40 mins had passed and still no delivery to be told a load of excuses including roadworks in Kilwinning (funny they still accept your order with no mention of delays). When questioned why the food still hadn’t left the restaurant, the woman was very snappy and rude. It’ll be the last time we order from here, plenty of good places to order from.

Ordered food from here again. Yet again the food was freezing cold and congealed. Cheese omelette looked like it had been thrown about the kitchen. Chips arrived almost raw and freezing. If you can't even cook an omelette correctly, shut the doors.

Update.
Received a replacement omelette from them. Took one bite and had to run to throw up. Will be reporting this "eatery" to the food standards agency. Should not be allowed to sell food to anyone.

Ordered from here tonight. Sweet & sour chicken Cantonese style, nodules & chips. It was full off grease. Barely no no chicken just deep fried batter. Everything was disgusting. The worst takeaway I've ever had.

Shop staff just lie about your order and how long it's going to take. Woman on the desk clearly hasn't got a clue just says foods on its way still waiting 2 hours later. Phone the shop again only to be given attitude. Can see this place closing soon due to terrible food and worse service

I ordered from this Chinese last nite we got soup that was not good and then we ordered breast chicken curry and beef onion and we didn’t get fried rice my partner foned and said u needed to order rice separate if u where ordering that u think u get fried rice will never be back worsted Chinese in Kilwinning and I ordered it before 9 and didn’t get it till 10.30
