I have been collecting post from this place for years and it's always convenient. Sometimes there have been issues recently. It is however mostly due to posties taking their time to being the packages down here. Usually not knocking loud enough, coming when I am at work or maybe not even finding my flat given the awkward location. That's the new signed tracking system, I don't even blame the posties for that. So coming here to pick my packages is a great help for me. Friendly, straight forward service honestly. Thanks 👍

Card suggesting underpayment of mailing charge posted but no details of opening hours on the card so wasted journey to delivery office. Why can’t they open normal opening hours? One of the reasons this business is going down the pan!

Extremely poor service trying to collect my package. So far two failed attempts so far to get my book. The first one failed to notice that they didn't have the package. Second time they tried to give me a package for somebody with the same surname, fortunately it did not look like a book so I refused to take it. After several minutes of searching, I was informed that my package had been delivered to different post office, despite my email saying otherwise. Off tomorrow to hopefully get my parcel, let's see what happens. Very disappointed in the service.

Very convenient service when dropping off post after buying postage online! And the staff are lovely and friendly. Saves me a walk into town and having to deal with the massive queue at the post office.

Times for collecting packages are pathetic, being only open for 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours at night, then being shut for 6 hours during the day, what happens if people can not make these times?

They have not delivered it to me I waited in for it it said I wasn't in
I don't know where they have tried to deliver it to but it wasn't me it said they have put a card thought my letter box but I haven't received one I have asked for it to be redelivered on 17 so we will see I have put my phone number down so we will see if they ring
