This was the second time we have used Cheshire County Removals and we honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. From start to finish Chris and his team work tirelessly to insure a smooth transition on move day. The care they take with customers belongings from packing boxes to loading furniture is a credit to them. It was lovely that John who moved us 6 years ago is still the supervisor and moved us again this time round, a credit to the company.

Employed Cheshire County for a move from Frodsham to Liverpool which included emptying a storage unit. All of the lads were courteous and professional, very hard working and respectful and were great at problem solving to the extent that they completely dismantled a very large wardrobe in order to get it up and awkward staircase! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service.
Chris was great helping us with changing completion dates and the actual moving was made so much easier by a great team.

We had the usual issues with a slightly later transfer of monies but nothing was too much trouble.
The team were efficient but also fun to be with on what could have been a stressful day

Every aspect of our experience with Chris and his team at Cheshire County Removals was excellent! They operated in a friendly and professional way, communicating clearly and quickly. John and Dave, the team for the actual removal, were outstanding: very careful and respectful; efficient and hardworking.
Chris responded positively to some specific needs and his follow up was very good and supportive.

We can thoroughly recommend Cheshire County Removals having been extremely pleased with their service in helping us move across the Pennines. The communication was clear and we were provided a quote promptly with the owner Chris being responsive to all our queries. On the day, Chris and Steve were brilliant, being cheerful and efficient throughout. They were able to expertly pack all our furniture, white goods and assorted boxes into 1 van, despite bringing two (having disassembled most furniture helped with this but it was reassuring to see the company being proactive in arranging for a second van on the day just in case). Our goods were handled with care with no fragile items having any damage in the process of the move, nor any major scuffs on our furniture. For the clear communication, very competitive price, and extremely friendly staff, we would gladly recommend!!

We had Cheshire County Removals and Storage help us move house.
The whole process was very smooth.
The guys on the day were professional and took great care of our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble. They never complained - even when we changed our minds on where some of our large items were going. They all seemed to enjoy their work and cracked the odd joke or two which made the entire move day much more relaxed for us.
Fantastic service by the whole team. We would absolutely use them again.

The two people who came on the day of the move were willing to help but a few unacceptable damages occurred like the one at the flooring (see image).
We have added extra insurance and paid extra for this.
I have informed them promptly about the damages and I have emailed their boss.
Although, he initially replied saying that he will get it valued, he then disappeared..
I guess you definitely get what you pay for..
I wouldn't recommend.

Moved shortly before Christmas and Chris & team moved us 2 years earlier. Arrived on time as expected and got on with the job swiftly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team and I realised on the day I need more wardrobe cartons which were on hand for me to be provided with. I was able to use them for 3 weeks or more later, whilst waiting for wardrobes.
Friendly and helpful team, all items put in correct place in new home. Top job, we would highly recommend Cheshire County, thanks.
