Worse than useless in there. Went to check on a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, according to app package left DO at 12.08 to be delivered before 18.45, didn't arrive. Next day, still didn't arrive, apo still saying it will be delivered yesterday!!!. I went to the office to find out what's going on......' sorry mate, can't help. If it's not arrived in 7 days go online and report as we can't track it from here' !. I ask to speak to the manager and told there's not one here, I ask to speak to someone in charge get told ' it's me'. That says it all really. Well if it was on the van 2 days ago and is not with me now then it's either lost or stolen, probably the latter! Absolutely diabolical service.
