Highly recommend Charmouth caravans. Matt was very informative about the caravan I was interested in and took the time and patience to talk me through everything when I revisited. He arranged a great handover with his colleague, and delivery from Anthony was very friendly and helpful. I was nervous about using a smaller dealer due to after sales. But from experience, Matt at Charmouth is as good if not better than the main dealerships and very helpful.

I brought a caravan from the owner Mathew. He is honest and true to his word. Helpful with his knowledge if it's your first van.
I got a full run through when I picked it up so I knew what to do to set up.
His service and customer care is second to none.
Would recommend him to all that wish to start caravaning. We will be going back in the future when we want to upgrade.

We traveled from Cheshire to Dorset to buy our Hymer Nova SL from Charmouth Caravans in late July 2020 and we are absolutely delighted with the Hymer and the service we received.
The caravan was perfectly described and the collection/handover process was really good.
Myself and my wife are newcomers to caravanning and the chaps at Charmouth Caravans took the time to give us an in-depth explanation of how things worked along with some handy hints and tips.
The Hymer was well prepared prior to collection.
