We’ve been dealing with Charles Kendall for years, but Teressa in the imports department unprofessionally decided they no longer want our business (she says they’re too busy). She didn’t actually tell us this, and we found out from another company. This was weeks after we reached out to Teresa to take care of an import. She had over a week to tell me they didn’t want the work, but she couldn’t be bothered to reply to the email or give me a call. Thanks to her we have a shipment arriving into port and no firm to take care of the customs clearance. I’m shocked that after years of business Teressa dropped us in this unacceptable way.
