The best B&B I’ve ever stayed at - in fact better than most nice hotels. The owners have crafted a real feeling of home away from home… really it’s actually better than my own home. The rooms are modern and amenities are very well thought out, the beds are dangerously comfortable and the meals are top-notch. Have come back for repeat stays and have recommended to friends and family. Great location to be based from.

Our stay at Chandler's Lodge was delightful. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was a highlight - a delicious and generous spread of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The hosts, Rob and Nat, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home.
The location of Chandler's Lodge is perfect for exploring Cornwall and, in our case, surfing at nearby Bude. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area.

If I could have given a six I would!|What a fabulous place Chandlers Lodge is! From the moment we stepped inside we were made to feel so welcome and our wonderful hosts Rob and Natalie could not do enough to make our stay a special one. |Our room was excellent, clean, comfortable and spacious with a fantastic en-suite bathroom. Made even better with the freshly ground coffee provided. |Breakfast was an absolute feast. Nothing was too much trouble for Rob, even providing us with some cakes to take to our relatives who live in the area. |Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had the best stay at Chandlers Lodge! Amazing value for money and the perfect place for a Cornish getaway. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options for vegetarians and vegans (the homemade bread was 10/10). Our room was comfy, roomy and spotless, we loved that fact the TV had access to Netflix, amazon prime and Disney plus. Rob and Nat are amazing hosts, super attentive and made lots of great suggestions. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

Rob, the owner, was very friendly, without being obtrusive. Nothing was too much trouble and communication from booking onwards was great. Breakfasts are super, with bespoke ordering to avoid food waste. The room was spacious, light and airy with a fabulous modern ensuite. The building has been renovated very sympathetically and it felt like we were guests in his own home. A lovely experience.

Lovely warm welcome from hosts Rob and Nat, with their beautifully decorated b and b, where great attention is paid to details to ensure your comfort and all the little extra things which make a stay memorable. Nothing is too much trouble! Rob gave us local knowledge for sightseeing success, and even shared some discount vouchers he had. Camelford is perfectly positioned for accessing local tourist spots all around. Rob is a superb cook, and we enjoyed his beautifully prepared meals. The rooms are perfectly clean, light and comfortable, and there is ev charging and free streaming on the TV and audio service to entertain you. We had a wonderful stay with this charming family, and highly recommend them.

Rob and Nat are superb hosts, great communication from the moment of booking and carried on throughout the stay.

We were made to feel very welcome and everything was suitably explained on arrival.
The accommodation is tasteful, clean and homely, couldn't want for more.

The breakfast delivered full marks every day in all aspects, ie portions, choice, presentation, taste.

We also indulged in the evening meal option and were fully satisfied. Rob is an excellent chef, everything is made from scratch and exemplary presentation. He takes a real pride in everything he does.

Whilst Nat is not as involved in the day to day running she made a point of seeking us out every morning to check all was ok and her warmth shone through. They make an excellent team.

We had a fabulous stay with friends at Chandler's Lodge. Rob & Nat were perfect hosts. We were made to feel at home, as soon as we arrived.
The rooms were clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable, with crisp white bedding. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower and plenty of hot water. A big plus for us was the freshly ground coffee and fresh milk in the room.
The breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty. There was plenty of choice, including homemade bread, which was amazing.
We booked to have a couple of evening meals cooked by Rob. The Indonesian Curry was delicious, all home cooked even a gluten free Naan!
The best part about this stay was Rob & Nat and of course, Grace! The hospitality we were shown was first class. We can't wait to return next Spring.
