We are renovating our house and they provided everything for our bathrooms. They were helpful, stored everything and delivered it. Great customer service and so much easier than buying everything from different suppliers (with the additional delivery costs that can be quite significant). The customer service is non existent, quite rude and arrogant person behind the till. I have been there before to ask an advice and purchase something I needed immediately while renovating bathroom and the customer service was exactly the same... nothing changes in there so I will never be going back there...

Ordered two pieces, a Trojancast Bathtub and a MyLife Vanity Unit - upfront and honest customer service, with deliveries on time (possibly an hour or so late) and items delivered to expectation. Worth noting, these items can not be bought online without having to pay full price.

Guppy supplied us with new bathroom suites for a new build project along with designer radiators and a complete boiler setup. This is the 3rd project where we have used Chadwell and as always the service as been spot on. The fact that is is a one stop shop saves us a lot of time.
