Complete and utter waste of time and energy going here. They have not improved on the service , it is truly awful customer service. I took a parcel on the 20/09/24 2nd Class tracked. Tracking saying not left post office, customer as been refunded . I need now to go and find out what's happend . The staff don't care about your mail or parcels ,like it's a real chore to even do the job they are there for. Country staff are not helpfull . A shocking experience, avoid if you want anything mail ,or parcel related to get any care or consideration . Truly awful. Going to claim money back now of post office. And let them know and every other reviews what i think of this shambles of a business .

This post office needs restaffing the Indian woman is very rude, very unhelpful, has a attitude problem, and said my parcel which came by Royal Mail and I was returning back via Royal Mail she told me it was to big and would not have it off me, I then took it to hednesford no problem. This woman doesn’t like doing parcels she is the same with my wife also very awkward, most unhelpful and rude. I have reported her to head office and hopefully they will sack this woman.

Truly terrible experience.
Treated me like an idiot that went to the wrong place for my parcel. I didn't! Then sent me away because everything was delayed and they'd had no deliveries but when I checked tracking they did have it.
When I went back they cobtinued to treat me.like an idiot and then couldn't find my parcel and took my number to get manager to ring me. As this is a Christmas present they had better find it!

The women in the Post Office is extremely rude and does not know how to issue car tax without the green slip.
Very unprofessional told us she had been doing the job for twenty years.
Left the shop and went to the Post Office in Brownhills who dealt with this us straight away and issued car tax with the V62 form only.
This women needs retraining and maybe could do with some customer care training as well

If you retun an item with QR code or bar code, they don't want to know, always excuses can't scan, would help if they read what they have to scan on the label. So rude, no other post office has this issue. Four times I've been sent away

Beyond unhelpful! The lady on the counter was both rude and dismissive. My second visit to this post office and my last. Perhaps some customer service training is required.

Woman on post office counter is impatient and rude .Not a please or thank you off her .Just treats you like your something she scraped off her shoe !! 😡Think I will use different Post office in future as I don't deserve that .
