It's just organised chaos. Cars parked like they have been abandoned

Remotely located site, with largescale road and developments taking place,traffic redirections making it a challenging site to locate. Met rep outside for car handover . No explanation of new car features and car could have been cleaner. Certainly not up to standard of previous company . We hope standards improve next time.
