Another bad experience with a counter clerk, who simply wanted to brush me off from delivering a drop off for Amazon. Amazon list them as a drop off point, he started yelling about how Amazon did this, and not him. I really wish this was much more customer focused.

I came here two to three times a week to drop off my Parcelforce parcels. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very efficient. They always make sure everything is done quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

This place is a black hole!!! My partner withdrew money from them in April. The guy said the first attempt didn't work and made her introduce the pin a second time. After a week we noticed she was debited twice for the amount of 200 pounds, so a total of 400 pounds plus taxes. The bank didn't move a finger to solve the situation! It's ridiculous! These people are not ashamed. We never got our 200 pounds back...

This is a review for the newsagent on King Square that acts as a post office too.
I went there on a Saturday to post an package. The post office area was shut due to me having missed the last Sat collection time.

The owner restarted the system for me to allow me to post my package, saving me a lengthy trip on Monday.
He packed my valuable neatly in a box and went above board to help me.

He seems to enjoy a friendly relationship with many locals who came and went.

Very good local service with a human touch, which is sadly disappearing these days.

He also refused a tip. Some people take pride in their work.

Highly recommended.

They are listed on multiple websites as a post office location for returns (including Amazon). So far they have rejected all returns saying they don’t do that return type anymore and try to tell me it’s my responsibility to get them delisted from Amazon as an option.
