This place is strict on appointments. I made it at 920 for a 10 AM appointment but wasn't given a door until 10:40. Then, I had to wait on the cluster of trucks to clear up in order to back in. I asked a driver beside me to disconnect from his trailer so that I could back up to my door. I was given door 21 with trucks on both sides. What a catastrophe. Absolutely no head room for OTR trucks. However, the entire process took 2 hrs.

Staff very friendly and professional i have an appt at 9am he let me in early but also he said is better to be 30 early before the appt because is not enough space for parking lot this place is very tightly to backup in to the dock recommend bring a day cab truck not overnight parking lot

Appointment time10:00 am,well all trucks pulled before you in are in front of you,docking,you would think Texas everything is bigger,nop but they trying to give every other door so you got better chance not hitting anything,right now running to lunch break and that’s next hour waiting

If you've a choice, avoid this place at all cost. Racist, stupid and idiot. As the ELD mandate is near as of today 12/1/17, I came around 7.30 and no one bothers to talk to me, when a Spanish guy came after me, he was greeted with smile and they asked him his paper works. I asked them if they didn't see me, this fat idiot said "just wait there", wow!
They have no parking lot to wait if you come at night, they keep the yard closed, and they have attitudes like a bully cat.
