I wish I could leave 0 points. I came, they were doing something and ignored me. After a few minutes, I asked how long they will take. They said to come back in 5 minutes. When I came back, they left a paper in the picture. Time is of essence in London, and they couldn’t care less. When I talked to the guy who works in shop, he said that Customers complain to him every day, and sometimes they’re angry at him for what post office workers are doing!

Charging £8.50 for recorded delivery on a letter plus £1.50 for envelope. Day light robbery this place. Please avoid this post office, they are clearly over charging customers.

Please be aware! Do not go to this post office!
The lady will try to SCAM you by asking you some stupid questions and refuse to send, forced you to repay by getting another QR code and told them it’s invalid.

This might affect wasting customers time, causing delays for resellers and should be write a complaint like I did.

Please report and write complaint to Post Office immediately. As I’ve investigated one of the Lavendar Hill as it’s working without issues.

Only 1 Post Office counter hidden right at the back. Need to fight your way down the aisles to get to it then wait in line.

Go here if you want to wait allll day. Very slow service. Post office opens at 9am didn't arrive until 9:20am already waiting 20 mins to wait another 10 to be served. Avoid if you want to send parcels in a timely manner.

Asked for the cheapest possible method of posting and assumed that's what I'd get...only when I got home and checked the receipt did I find he'd chosen 1st class! Do they earn commission from their sales? It's trivial but not good - must I end up being one of these people that mistrust everyone all the time? Tedious.

Avoid. Opening hours say 9am but everyone was still waiting at 9:50am with no updates and staff being rude.
