If I had written this review a week ago, it would have been a scathing one-star rating.

We've made several purchases from CCS and generally received standard service. However, two recent orders ran into issues, compounded by a lack of proactive communication from CCS regarding delays. The problems originated with the manufacturer, causing shifting ETAs that created complications on our end.

After reaching out for an update, I was connected with Jayce—and I cannot express how impressed I am with his service. He genuinely cares about his clients and knows how to resolve issues efficiently. From the moment I spoke with him, I felt reassured that things would be handled—and they were.

People like Jayce are the reason customers stay loyal. Thanks to his outstanding support, I have complete confidence that any future purchases from CCS will be in good hands.

Constantly phoning around twice a week, this has continued over around 1 year. I have never bought anything from them and never will. They even tell recepetion I am expecting their call or they are calling to discuss a meeting we have arranged. Please tell your sales guys to stop with the blagging and constant hard sell.

Persistent aggravation from their sales team. Doesn't matter how many times you tell them you're not interested, they just call back. You block their number, they try from another number. They just can't take NO for an answer. I don't want your services. I'm happy with who I'm with. The fact that you've pestered me continually for over 2 years means I wouldn't deal with you, even IF you were the LAST I.T. company on the planet - get the message! Now sod off.

Very crafty sales tactics, offer to send you a catalogue with free chocolates, ask for what printer you use, give you a price on cartridges and a tracking number, its not until the end of the ambiguous conversation you realise they intend to send out cartridges for your printer as well, even though you haven't asked for them.
