The CCL team are great. Almost top class customer service and when things go wrong (outwith their control), they are always focused on finding the solution quickly so that our customers get their orders ASAP. Having a dedicated team to our account really helps because when you call, they know you are and not treated like ‘a number’. Keep up the good work Team CCL! ⭐️

I did few jobs for them as a courier. Always delivering directly asap. I never had any problems and I did enjoy them jobs. I did get a contact with Stevie but on occasions with other staff. I find them all to be friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Avoid them!
I sent 2 parcels thru CCL from Belfast to Spain, paid 63 quid and the next day I flew off to Spain leaving my Belfast apartment vacant.

Waited a week. When the parcels didn't come, gave them a ring. Mark told me to call DPD. DPD told me to call CCL. Again CCL told DPD driver hadn't found my house and they would ship the parcels back to Belfast. I wanted to pick the parcels up from their depot in Alicante myself but they fiercely rejected.

Called Mark back. They agreed to retain my parcels in a depot in UK and resend to Spain but demanded another £75. They hinted they'd dump my parcels on the street in front of my vacant apartment in Belfast if I didn't pay. So I did. Later they stole another £48 from my account!

When the parcels finally came I found all electronics was damaged - tv set, hi fi, dvd player. They even managed to break a nighstand lamp made of metal! Called them many times to open a claim, or at least have those 48 quid returned, and faced nothing but arrogance, rudeness and impertinence. I talked to guy callem Callum but he was the rudest. Avoid!

First trailer turned up 6 hours late. Second trailer didn't turn up at all leaving BMG with a disaster to recover. Sorted out at 9pm last night by calling in favours from others to ensure that we didn't let our customer down.Compensation offered was not to charge for the trailer that didn't turn up!! Avoid.
