I had a disappointing experience with Catch Resource Management. Initially, they placed me in a position within a company, but unfortunately, the work environment was far from acceptable, and I was treated poorly. Despite bringing this issue to the agency’s attention, they showed no empathy or understanding regarding my situation.
I had expected their support in finding a resolution or helping me transition to a new role, but they failed to provide any meaningful assistance or follow-up after the placement. This lack of responsiveness and care has left me feeling let down and unsupported during an already difficult time.
While I understand that challenges can arise in placements, I believe employment agencies have a responsibility to advocate for their candidates and ensure they are placed in environments that align with their professional and personal well-being. Unfortunately, Catch Resource Management did not meet these expectations in my case.

Catch secured me a new role as a JDE developer.
