Pathetic company. Large trucks blocking disables entrances daily. Lack of communication at head office who practically laugh down the phone when complained at.

Shocked -when after being told a delivery date by Furniture@Work Ltd Cargo express phoned to say they had my delivery on board 3 days earlier-than planned - and was on site waiting! I had to rush back from work, furious! BUT The driver was so charming and helpful, ALL anger dissapated! WELL DONE Cargo Express for Randell Spencer, the world would be a better place if there were more like him!

We took a large delivery from Cargo Express today and I was reminded how unhelpful, miserable and charmless their drivers are. They are so bad that we've informed the original supply company that we would not place any more business with them if they continue to use Cargo Express.
