I told them they had ordered the wrong scooter from the start,they wouldn’t have it.
I kept telling them I was breaking down,they said I wasn’t charging the scooter properly when I knew the scooter inside out but they wouldn’t have it.
Finally after a year,and just after a service,I broke down in a lane and PIP helped me out of the contract.

Went to this store last week and was offered an appointment to Demo and go through a quote for a Q500 power wheelchair. I was taken back by the honestly and how professional Stacey was. I would highly recommend her to help you out in prescribing a power chair in the right spec. If you need any form of help to do with mobility equipment/wheelchairs, these are the people to go to. I had punctured one of my wheelchair tyres and was stuck at the office. They were amazing and managed to get someone out to fix it - all within a couple of hours. Very pleased and very grateful!

My son and I were lucky enough to get tickets to the Eurovision Grand Final, to celebrate his 18th birthday. Having a chronic illness and being physically impaired, I was very worried at how I was going to manage with such a full on weekend schedule. I gave Care Plus Mobility a call on the vague off chance that they hired self propelled wheelchairs, and they do! Very reasonably priced at £5 a day!! I had the choice of 3 and, being quite petite, decided on a sports chair which suited my frame and made self propelltion much more comfortable. To ensure my comfort and independence, the lovely lady I dealt with also lent me a memory foam seat cushion and a storage bag / walking stick holder.

I've tried wheelchairs before, for short periods of time, and have both a mobility scooter and rollator. I hate them. This chair was a game changer, and made me feel less disabled rather than more.

We had a very busy 3 days. Normally I would have really struggled with both fatigue and pain, but in this chair I was able to genuinely enjoy the experience with considerably less pain and fatigue. It enabled me to pace myself so I was able to be in the moment with my son, and he was able to fully and thoroughly enjoy himself without worrying about me. We are both able to look back on an incredible experience with very positive memories.

On returning the chair to the shop I spoke to both Stacey, the owner, and staff relaying what a difference the chair had made to our experience. She very kindly offered to sell me the chair, at a price that it would have been rude to refuse!

I've used the chair several times since, each time feeling more confident and less ashamed of my difficulties. Thank you. Your care and kindness have made such a positive difference for both me and my family.

Would like to say a massive thank-you to Stacey & her team of lovely ladies & gentlemen. I ordered a chair on Motability, it arrived Tuesday @ their office & I had it by Wednesday Lunch time!!! Stacey has been amazing through-out. Came out did an in-home assessment of my needs (a 2nd time may I add after she found me on the floor the first time after having a seizure & made sure I was okay before she'd leave to go home!), walked me through the whole Motability programme & how it works & even helped me pick the chair that suited me both medically & for my day - day activities like taking both dogs out on their walks. Honestly can't say thank you enough! Absolutely love my chair & am looking forward to dealing with Stacey & the other staff in the next 3 years covering my chair & doing its yearly checks but also potentially after that when I get my next piece of equipment whether that be a sitting to standing chair, bath lift or new bed to suit my needs. AGAIN, THANK YOU SO MUCH STACEY & TEAM!!!! 😍😍😍
