Excellent and smooth service. Had the lovely Vicky help me with renewing my passport. She was friendly and chatty and was very efficient. She explained everything really well and made sure I knew what the next steps were in the process. Always had great service there!

Lesley was fantastic helping get my Autistic sons passport sorted out and renewed, she was incredibly patient and helped him feel relaxed and comfortable, Cardigan post office is always busy with a large customer base with a queue going out the door, they are priceless in our rural Community!

I use this post office on a weekly basis both personally and for work. The staff are always lovely, matters are dealt with promptly and even if there is a queue, I never need to wait a significant amount of time. The premises are always clean and organised. I deal with Vicky a lot and she’s always helpful and efficient.
