I come into the post office every day Monday - Friday and on the odd occasion I have been in on a Saturday to pick up a parcel. It is always a nice way for me to finish off my working day by having a chat and a giggle. I’m always greeted with a smile and I find that if something is of use to me and I don’t know about it I am always told about it at the counter. It’s always great customer service

The staff in this post office are very helpful and friendly and always willing to have a little chat or a laugh with the customers. I have to use the counter every week, and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Very grateful to everyone who works there

Lovely local post office. Yvonne especially is wonderful and helpful and cannot do enough for you. They do their best to help in anyway possible. Great too that they will hold parcels if you are not in despite being a small post office. Always happy with the service i get.

Post office opening times are incorrect it’s the hours the shop are open but not the post office itself. in Askern and Carcroft the opening times are incorrect.Used a post office on a Saturday afternoon in Rotherham. All rather confusing as to who is working and who isn’t

Absolute 🦮💩
Keep parcels for 18 days. That includes bank Holidays and weekends. So if you have a parcel there, you will probably need to go to work late.
All lies, lies, lies! Opening times - lie!
Post office close at 3pm most days it seems. Lucky if they're open on a Saturday, AND definitely not Sunday.
I work all week, go to pick up my parcel over the bank holiday weekend ( Saturday) - closed!
