Cool little station near Glastonbury. 2/3 platforms, shelters, loos and ticket office. Friendly staff. Local route into town marked at station, with the option to do local recommend walks - pick up the leaflet at the station. GWR train at Castle Cary was pristine..social distancing and face coverings are essential during travel at this time and enforced by guards.

Great new car park, easy access to the station and cheap for a weekend parking.
Big issue though; new cafe, beautifully created from old station buildings, is fast becoming a destination in its own right. We popped in for a coffee before 10,30 train and all the indoor tables were reserved. It’s part of the Newt empire apparently. If that’s how it goes, the car park will get filled up by people going for brunch in this trendy new caff, not catching trains. Shame.

Great to have more spaces. Beware! You get 20 mins drop off/pick up. Tough if the train is late. No idea how you'd pay to avoid a ticket when you discover the delay....

Parking is always an issue so arrive early. Could not get parking app to work and there was nowhere to get any change. Toilets always seem to be shut. Some people are very inconsiderate when parking!

Toilets not open not good should have facilities available. Paid over £60 for ticket and no facilities at train station. Outrageous

Vastly improved parking for disabled badge holders but why are the public toilets still locked in the station. It's an extremely busy place which includes the car park which still on occasion gets jammed up. Maybe a roundabout at the entrance/exit would ease the congestion.

There is now 2 car parks. A new one with electric car charging available. It can be accessed by disabled people down a slope or the original one. I didn't realise that the original one had been reopened as the last time I came to collect someone it was closed and I was directed to the new car park.
