Called and spoke to a delightful lady who was very helpful and was able to arrange storage for me immediately. The cost seemed very reasonable and cheaper than others around, I would highly recommend calling and discussing your needs as this proved best for me. Great service would highly recommend.

The staff here are very helpful, and nice with it. The facility is clean and the prices are reasonable. Sadly though when you leave items in a storage unit the very least I expect is that the items come out of the unit in the same condition they went in! I have had to throw away a £300 mattress and three boxes of books which I cannot replace. This was due to water entering the unit. The cause of this is unknown.
I have been less than impressed by the owners response. This was to say I should have taken out insurance and used a protector which they offer for sale. The only compensation they have offered is a a months future storage if I return. Needless to say I would not use this facility again, and cannot recommend them. They informed me this has never happened before, but I only have their word for this. I'm not sure whats worse, the fact that my possessions were destroyed while in their facility or the fact that they cannot explain how so much water found its way into my unit. I gave the owners several weeks to respond to my complaint and ultimately had to call them again to get a response.
